Our team is formed by multidisciplinary professionals with different and complementary trajectories and experiences in Latin America, United States and Europe. We share the common vision of bridging gaps between research and practice and generating positive impact.

 

Bruno Paschoal (Co-founder) has a long experience in empirical qualitative studies in different policy areas. Bruno is also a cultural entrepreneur, always looking for innovative ways to do traditional stuff. He received his LL.B at the University of São Paulo, his LL.M in Law and Development at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a MPP at the Hertie School of Governance.

Caio Werneck (Co-founder) has worked as public entrepreneur and policy advisor in the state government of Minas Gerais, exploring collaborative methods and tools to bring about social and public innovation. Caio holds a BA in Public Administration at Fundação João Pinheiro, a degree in Design Thinking from the Hasso Plattner Institut and a MPP at the Hertie School.

He coordinates the Public Innovation Team at the National Planning Department of Colombia. He is also a member of the Penn Social Norms Group, for which he has facilitated workshops to learn and apply social norms theory in Peru, Mexico and USA. He has experience in editorial production, qualitative and quantitative social research, and consultancy.

Bárbara Marra is our in-house designer. Bachelor in Law (University of São Paulo, 2009), Bárbara decided to change her career five years ago and dedicate herself to what she really loves: designing cool stuff. Currently, Bárbara is studying fashion design and pattern making at Esmod Berlin.

Juliana Costa has 14 years of experience in Marketing, Events & Communications, as well as HR Consulting Services. She has relevant international work experience in London and most recently being part of the Rio 2016 Olympics and Fifa World Cup 2014 teams.

Lucas Rached is cinematographer and screenwriter. He holds a BA in Cinema by FAAP-SP (2008) and over 10 years of experience in audiovisual production. He directed two short-cut movies about refugees in São Paulo and worked as Director of Photography in dozens of movies (fictions, documentaries, TV shows and advertisement).

Rodrigo Levy studied Cinema at FAAP (São Paulo) and is currently doing his masters in New Media at UDK (Berlin). Rodrigo works as Director of Photography since 2008 and has shot incredible movies like "Escape from my Eyes", premiered in the Berlin Film Festival; "Belo Monte: Announcement of a War"; "Leva" (New York Film Festival, Havana Film Festival), among others.

She holds an MA in Urban Studies (TU Berlin), is a Coach for Design Thinking (HPI Potsdam) and a BA in Contemporary Dance (DMU Leicester, LCDS London). She teaches, performs and tours her own dance works at festivals and venues in Europe, South America and the Middle East.
